DKL Metals provides two high-quality SAC alloy solder bars designed for modern electronics manufacturing:

E-Qual 96TSC (SAC387):

• Composition: 95.5% Tin, 3.8% Silver, 0.7% Copper
• A proprietary refinement of the established Sn96.5 Ag3.5 (Sn96, 96S) binary eutectic alloy
• Offers excellent solderability and mechanical strength for demanding applications

E-Qual 97TSC (SAC305):

• Composition: 96.5% Tin, 3% Silver, 0.5% Copper
• Designed as a reliable substitute for traditional Tin/Lead alloys in electronics assembly
• Consistent alloy composition is key for strong, dependable solder joints and enhanced corrosion resistance
