DKL Clearflow M1 Wire
Premium Lead-Free Solder Wire
Welcome to the official product page for the DKL Clearflow M1 Wire, a high-performance, rosin-based cored solder wire engineered for modern electronics.
Key Performance Characteristics & Benefits of Clearflow M1
We designed this UK-manufactured lead-free solder wire to meet stringent industry standards, offering superior results for both hand and robotic soldering operations.
- Excellent Solderability: Ensures quick, reliable wetting and strong, defect-free solder joints.
- No-Clean Formula: The halide-containing, rosin-based flux system (classified as ROM1 per J-STD-004B) means users can safely leave residues on the board after soldering.
- RoHS & REACH Compliant: An essential choice for environmentally conscious projects; furthermore, it ensures compliance with European legislation.
- High Thermal Stability: We engineered it to withstand the higher temperatures associated with lead-free alloys, thus ensuring consistent results.
- Versatile Applications: Ideal for PCB assembly, wiring tasks, prototyping, and general repair work.
