EF-28LQ Alcohol-Resin Liquid Flux

DKL EF-28LQ Alcohol-Resin Liquid Flux is a high-performance, specially formulated liquid flux engineered for precision soft soldering across tinned and clean copper surfaces. Ideal for electrical and electronic assemblies, it delivers superior wetting properties while leaving behind completely non-corrosive, no-clean residues.

High-Fluidity Coverage

Liquid formulation ensures fast surface wetting and excellent capillary action across dense electrical components.

Dual-Alloy Compatibility

Works seamlessly with standard tin/lead alloys (Sn60/Pb40) as well as premium lead-free lines like licensed SN100C.

Resin-Based Protection

Upon cooling, residues cure into a hard, stable, non-corrosive barrier that safely eliminates the need for post-solder washing.

Application & Process Guidelines

DKL EF-28LQ should be applied by brush or by dipping the components directly, with soldering carried out immediately afterward. It integrates perfectly alongside traditional 60/40 Leaded Solder benchmarks and premium lead-free SN100C lines. Heat should be applied using conventional soldering irons, induction systems, or via alloy basting for thick cables. Avoid direct heating with an open flame to preserve flux properties and prevent flash ignition.
