Our 2026 formulation is designed for seamless integration with selective soldering robots and high-speed feeders, ensuring zero-defect production in demanding PCB environments.
Every reel features Level Layer Winding (LLW) to prevent feed-line snagging and a void-free flux core for 100% uniform deposition. The eutectic Sn-Cu-Ni-Ge alloy provides the fluidity of traditional leaded solder, effectively eliminating bridging and “icicles” in fine-pitch components.
