LF3135NC Cored Solder Wire

Lead-Free, No-Clean Cored Wire

LF3135NC Cored Solder Wire is manufactured by a long term trusted partner of DKL Metals.

The cored wire uses a high-temperature activator. This ensures perfect soldering even with low flux content. The system provides excellent non-corrosive behaviour. It is a halide containing, resin based no clean solder wire.

High Activation Performance

This wire excels on oxidised components. It is optimised for robotic soldering and high-speed rework.

LF3135NC Cored Solder Wire FAQ

What are the available alloys and melting points?
+

LF3135NC is available in a wide variety of lead-free alloys:

Alloy Composition Melting Point (°C)
SN100C SnCu0.7Ni 227°C
SN96C SnAg3.8Cu0.7 217°C
SN97C SnAg3.0Cu0.5 217-220°C
BiSn42 Bi58Sn42 138°C (Low Temp)
SnAg4 Sn96Ag4 221°C
SNSb5 Sn95Sb5 235-240°C
SnCu3 Sn97Cu3 227-310°C
Is LF3135NC suitable for automated soldering?
+

Yes. Balver Zinn specifically recommends this wire for manual, robotic, and repair soldering. The activator has an increased decomposition temperature, which ensures optimum results even with low flux content during high-heat automated processes.

How is the flux classified?
+

The flux is classified as REM1 (EN 61190-1-1) or RoM1 (J-STD-004). It is a halide-containing, rosin-based formulation that provides higher activation for difficult soldering tasks while remaining a true “no-clean” product.

What is the shelf life of this wire?
+

When stored in a clean, dry environment at room temperature, LF3135NC cored solder wires have a minimum shelf life of 5 years.
